ClipLedger is a web application that helps users track video campaign performance, calculate creator payouts, and manage campaign submissions.

The Service relies on third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). YouTube is used to retrieve public video performance data.When you connect a third-party account (e.g., TikTok or Instagram), you authorize ClipLedger to access basic account information (such as display name and avatar) and, where applicable, media data and performance metrics (such as video views and insights) via these platforms.By connecting your account to third-party services, you grant ClipLedger permission to access data made available through their APIs for the purpose of providing the Service.These connections are established using secure OAuth authorization flows.

The Service may allow users to upload and store content such as profile images.

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering.

ClipLedger does not process or distribute payments to creators.

Users are solely responsible for making payments based on the calculated payouts.

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marmalade skies s.r.o. shall not be liable for:
